Platform: webTags: landing-page, waitlist, pre-launch, email-capture

Layout

Centered single column, generous vertical space. Everything stacked and center-aligned. Maximum content width ~560px. The email field + button are the visual focal point.

Content Slots

required

Headline

What is coming, stated as a benefit. 36–48px bold. Max ~8 words.

required

Subheadline

One sentence of context + a nudge to join. 16–18px, secondary color.

required

Email capture

Single email field + submit button, inline. The only action on the page.

optional

Social proof

"Join 2,300 others waiting" counter or avatar stack under the form. Builds momentum.

required

Success state

After submit: confirmation message replacing the form ("You're on the list").

Hierarchy Rules

  • Exactly one action on the page - the email capture (Hick's Law: fewer choices, faster decision)
  • Headline is largest; the email capture is the highest-contrast interactive element
  • Remove navigation and secondary links that could pull the user away
  • Social proof supports the form - it must not outweigh it
