Content Slots

required

Section headline

Short prompt: "Questions?" or "Frequently asked". 28–36px, centered.

required

Question items

5–10 question/answer pairs. Question is a tappable row; answer expands below. First item may be open by default.

optional

Contact fallback

A "Still have questions? Contact us" link below the list for anything unanswered.

Hierarchy Rules

  • Order questions by how often they block the decision - most common objection first
  • Question text is the primary element of each row; answer is secondary
  • Only the question rows compete for scan attention - keep answers collapsed by default
  • One accordion open at a time keeps the section compact and scannable

Examples

  • SaaS: "Can I cancel anytime?" / "Is my data secure?" / "Do you offer refunds?"
  • E-commerce: "What is your return policy?" / "How long is shipping?" / "Do you ship internationally?"
