Respect Reduced Motion
Non-essential animation is disabled for users who request reduced motion.

Check
All non-essential motion (parallax, auto-playing carousels, large transforms, bounce/zoom transitions) is removed or dampened when prefers-reduced-motion: reduce is set. Essential motion is reduced to a simple fade.
Why This Matters
Motion can trigger nausea, dizziness, and migraines in users with vestibular disorders. WCAG 2.3.3 requires a way to disable non-essential motion. Honouring the OS-level preference is the least-effort, highest-impact fix.

How to Verify
Enable "Reduce motion" in OS accessibility settings (or emulate in Chrome DevTools Rendering tab) and walk every animated surface. Confirm no large movement remains.
